Stefan Babick: Week3 Duck

The duck was to be plastic, that much I had decided. Toy ducks are typically soft and rounded, so I looked for more of a hard edged form. I planned on using materials to convey softness, but form would rely hardness.

I followed the tutorial. I pulled certain control points further out and created a more narrow body. I used the Patch command to fix the naked edges on the bill, but following the same procedure on the head did not fix the naked edges.
I stayed to rubber materials, but changed the diffuse color to create a soft appearance. The duck coloration doesn't follow a traditional duck. I picked a color scheme that would look toy-like.
