Inspiration
For my architectonic lamp, I wanted to create a lamp that represented a vase.
Modeling Techniques
For my model, I started out by creating a star shape for the base. Then I duplicated them all the way to the top and gradually increased the size of each as I go up. I also rotated each layer to create that spiral look. Then I followed the waffle with pipes tutorial videos to create the waffle structure.
Rendering Materials
For my rendering material, I went with a chestnut wood material because it would be very similar to the material that I will use to print out
