My design inspiration was more based on potential than anything else which is why most of my pieces are hex. I used a 3mm slot and a hole through the center because I have a lot of other material I want to use for this project like 3 mm wooden nickels and silver chain. For artistic influence I'll be looking at the work of Jim Hodges.
