Kristin Loud - Project 3: Serial Slice

Serial Form:

For this project, I referenced a Steampunk lamp by Frank Buchwald.

I am interested in how the light refractions might affect the overall look of the lamp. I looked up the artist, Ben Young, who used serial sliced glass to create his pieces to see how light will be refracted in the glass. 

For the Steampunk Lamp, I contoured just the bulb. The rest of the light will remain the same.

For the top 2 serial slices, I numbered the separate pieces the same number as the main slice its in line with.
