Oscar Sanchez: Project 4 Slots

So for this week, we're each designing modular forms that will be laser-cut and put together in class.
The material I'm using is an 1/8 in. tempered woodboard.

I began with these two templates. My noches were 0.125in. to match the thickness of my board.

From here, I was able to make seven unit forms.

These are the three base models, using the two larger inner cuts as unit forms as well.

I laid out all my unit forms on our reference sheet and filled in the nooks and crannies with two more unit forms and duplicates of one of my inner cuts.
