Chris Jordan: Project 3 - Serial Form

For the serial form assignment I used my carousel which I modified by scaling it up by a factor of 3, to keep within the limits of the laser printer and be large enough that a contour width of a .23 of an inch would work. The ultimate concept will be a geometric bird bath or personal reflection pool like the following.

and here is the slice layout

For the keyshot renders the top is grey granite while the bottom part is in some rose colored granite to give the sense that this is a weird looking garden fixture i.e. a personal reflection pool or a bird bath. The default lighting came out right and they are positioned so ether the bowl surface or the profile of the face is very visable.
