Concept
For my concept i wanted to create a lightsaber that a sith lord would use. The tones would be a classic metallic shiny black with silver and red highlights

Technique
For my techniques i used a majority of the revolve tool to help with the overall shape. I then used a mixture of boolean difference and combine. Polar arrays also helped me achieve the more detailed lip.
Material
For the material i imagined a type of metal not found on earth. It would be naturally jet black and the saber would feature light weight aluminum like material for the rim.
