I want to make a prosthetic that is reminiscent of medieval armor but many of the pieces I find are simply one layer of iron covering an area That doesn't seem as effective as the layered scale armor. So I decided to make something more like what I would want to wear into battle and feel comfortable with. This scale design I found looks very interesting and was my inspiration in designing this.
